1. Definitions and Interpretation

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an Account with 688ae, depositing Funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using any 688ae Services, you expressly acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. You have carefully read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand all provisions contained herein.
2. You voluntarily accept and agree to be legally bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and all other policies and guidelines referenced herein or published on the 688ae platform.
3. You meet all eligibility requirements set forth in Section 3 below and represent that all information provided during registration and account use is accurate, current, and complete.

3. Eligibility Requirements

Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended, and all Funds will be forfeited in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

3.2 Legal Capacity

You must possess full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law. You must not be subject to any legal disability, guardianship, conservatorship, or other legal restriction that would impair your ability to form legally binding agreements. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.3 Jurisdiction and Legal Compliance

You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is legal and not prohibited by applicable local, provincial, or national law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of 688ae Services complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. 688ae makes no representation that Services are appropriate or legal in all jurisdictions, and accessing Services from territories where such access is illegal is strictly prohibited.

3.4 Account Limitations

You may maintain only one (1) Account with 688ae. Creation of multiple Accounts, duplicate Accounts, or use of another person's Account is strictly prohibited. Upon detection of multiple Accounts, 688ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate all associated Accounts, confiscate Funds, and void all wagers and winnings.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Registration Process

To access 688ae Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and valid government-issued identification. You agree that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of Services is truthful, accurate, current, and complete. You further agree to promptly update your Account information if any changes occur.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any other authentication information. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. You agree to immediately notify 688ae of any unauthorized access to your Account or any other security breach. 688ae shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorized access resulting from your disclosure of credentials to third parties.

4.3 Identity Verification

688ae reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, payment method verification, and source of funds documentation. You agree to provide all requested documentation within the timeframe specified by 688ae. Failure to provide requested verification documents may result in Account suspension, withdrawal restrictions, or Account termination.

4.4 Account Suspension and Termination

688ae reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, abuse of promotional offers, collusion with other players, use of automated betting systems, money laundering, or any other conduct that 688ae determines, in its sole discretion, to be inappropriate or harmful to the integrity of the platform.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

688ae supports deposits through various payment methods including GCash, Maya (PayMaya), bank transfer, and other payment services available to Philippine users. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed on the platform. All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. 688ae reserves the right to refuse deposits from any source that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be suspicious or high-risk.

5.2 Withdrawal Policies

All Users must engage with 688ae Services in good faith and in accordance with fair play principles. 6.3 Bet Acceptance and Settlement

All bets are subject to acceptance by 688ae. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, withdrawn, or modified except in circumstances where 688ae determines that the bet was accepted in error. 8. Intellectual Property Rights

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

11. Amendments to Terms

688ae reserves the right to amend, modify, supplement, or replace these Terms at any time, in whole or in part, at our sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to Users through email notification, platform announcements, or other reasonable means. Your continued use of 688ae Services following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms. If you do not agree to any modification, you must cease using 688ae Services and may request account closure in accordance with our account termination procedures.
